Service up to the Base Camp

Cost includes:

Hotel accommodation on a twin sharing basis on bed & breakfast plan in KTM in tourist class hotel as per itinerary

Flight Kathmandu/Lukla/Kathmandu for member, staff and Liaison officer as per the itinerary

Transportation of all expedition cargo to/from BC

Porters to/from the base camp to carry members' equipment such as climbing gears, food & fuel, kitchen & dinning material to Base Camp and back (personal and climbing gear max 70 kg per person)

Sleeping tent at BC for all members.

Food and lodge during trekking & at the base camp

Service of 1 Cook and 1 Kitchen boy at BC

Base camp sleeping tent for member, staff & Liaison officer

All kitchen and dinning equipment, kitchen tent, dining tent, toilet tent, chairs & tables at Base Camp

Equipment allowance, daily allowance Liaison Officer

Equipment allowance, daily allowance, insurance for BC staff

National park conservation fee

Local transportation Airport/Hotel/Airport.

Helicopter rescue insurance for Nepalese Staff "ONLY".

Cost Excludes:

Original entry visa into Nepal. (It can be obtain at the airport upon arrival)

All climbing gear, climbing activities

Personal insurance (Accidental, medical and emergency evacuation), which is must as per the mountaineering regulation of Nepal.

Nepal custom duty for the import of expedition goods arriving by air cargo.

Expenses of personal nature.

Charge of communication equipments (Satellite phone, walkie talkie)
